Your machine does not have an AGP slot if it has PCIe. And the onboard graphics cannot be enabled at the same time as the pcie slot, it will use one or the other.
Assuming you need to run them all at the same time, Matrox is the only manufacturer that I know of currently making a triple head solution.
The NVIDIA GeForce 6200 is onboard your motherboard. You can install the other video card in the PCI-e slot. One monitor will connect to the 15 Pin D-Sub VGA port/ or the onboard S-Video port. Once you install the new card you will most likely have to manage your irq settings manually in order to use both onboard and the card without conflicts in the device manager. The video card should have instructions on how to configure your setup.
