You will probably have to look on the net for a driver that is compatible with windows 7 for your bluetooth device. If you cant find one designed for windows 7 you could try a driver made for vista as many vista drivers work for windows 7 devices as well
Your laptop probably hasn't got a bluetooth module installed. The bluetooth key is standard on the 5738 but bluetooth isn't. Check the specs on the box & I'll bet bluetooth isn't mentioned.
Sorry, bet still not lost - definitely has a switch and definitely no bluetooth module, though they can be purchased from Acer - about £20 - bit of a fiddle to install though so haven't bothered yet. Also, if it has bluetooth there will be a 'bluetooth certified' sticker on the base mentioning the fact - alongside the wifi one.
