How do I pair my beat 200 BT car stereo - Radio Communications

Have you had the battery removed at any time before this happened or been jump started ?

I am assuming you are trying to pair iSound BT200.
See Page 6&8 of the ISOUND BT 200 User Manual

During the first time set-up, you must hold the
power/phone button down until you hear a voice say
"Power on" then followed by "Ready for pairing" in order
to sync your device to Bluetooth. After the initial pairing,
you can let go of the power/phone button after you hear
"Power on".

When a user is connected and the BT-200 is o , press ff
and hold for at least 5 seconds to unpair on Bluetooth
(allow another user to connect)

If you have a Kindle Fire or later this is possible. Any Kindle before this model has the hardware for BT, but not any method to access the BT (bad on Amazon\'s part, but that\'s the way it is).

Kindle Fire do this: Go to settings --> Wireless --> Bluetooth Turn on Bluetooth if it is not on.

Now on your headset put it in pairing mode. Instructions on how to do this should have come with your headset. Once in pairing mode press Pair a Bluetooth Device on your Kindle. Your Kindle should "see" your headset and list the name of it under PAIRED DEVICES.

You only need to pair the device once. Then you should be able to press the device name and if the device is near by and on it should connect to the Kindle.

this could be complicated so bear with me. I have 2 phones linked to my car stereo and it took about 30 seconds. follow these steps but bear in mind each device is different but the basics are exactly the same.

1- you have to make sure both devices definitely have BT. if your phone has not got BT you will not be able to use the function.
2- you have to make your phone of stereo 'discoverable' so that it is 'visible' and other BT devices can find it.
3- If you stereo or phone has a 'look or scan for device' option, select it and turn on.
4- your phone, stereo or both will ask if you want to pair the devices, select 'Yes' you may need to enter an authorization code.
5- the code is normally 0000 or 1234

hope this helps, if not it must be in the instruction manual somewhere.

Same as where you pair the phones BT by making it available and then you used to make your headset or car stereo search as well by pressing a button on them ans do them both at the same time until they pair (sync) up..Never done a TV before-Mine is Wi-Fi, maybe it is BT. One thing about iphoes and pairing with blue tooth-I have had all the iphones and sometimes they take forever to find the other component-sometimes they sync in a second for the first time-never give up the intial time...I have spent an hour before and it was fine after that. Each pair of BT enabled phone and headset is a particular world. I don't have the Plantronics, but my LG phone pairs fine with my Lubix stereo headsets. I'll tell you how I managed to pair them: I put my headsets in pairing mode. Then, on my phone, I go to 'Connectivity > Bluetooth > Device list > Options > New'. If my bluetooth stack is off I'm prompted to turn it on. It starts to search for devices, and comes up with my BT headsets' name, I press 'Pair', it prompts me for the pairing code. I enter '0000' (the same code for your Plantronics' headsets, by the way) and Ok. Then, back to the Device list, I select the BT headsets and go to 'Options > Connect'. I'm good to go. After listening to music, I use to go again to 'Connectivity > Bluetooth > Device list', select the headsets and press 'Options > Disconnect'.

I managed to pair the device after plugging the bluetooth headset into the USB power slot. Then I press the main button for 5 secs until the red light started flashing very rapidly and I typed in 0000 and the headset paired off with my Iphone. Good luck

Sounds like it finds the stereo, but won't pair? You need to check with Treo. I know that my Treo 700WX did not pair with my stereo headsets until I downloaded a patch upgrade to the phone.

Yes. You can install ANY stereo with just two speakers. Just make sure you have the other two output wires taped off real good.
