Read the instructions and if you are certain the headphones aren't operating out of the box as per the instructions, return them under warranty.

SOURCE: blue wave wireless headphone

Please take out the batteries from the dongle and headset for 20 minutes.

Insert a new battery into the dongle, plug into your player and turn it on.

Wait for 2 minutes, insert another new battery into the headset and turn it on.

It will take about 2 minutes to connect each other at first time.

SOURCE: Dell Powerconnect 2016 All leds are on, solid no blinking.

Had same problem with my Dell Pwoerconnect 2016, power it on and all LEDs light up but nothing works.
The problem was traced to one or both output capacitors ( 10v 680uf ) on the ( tiny ) power supply.
Capacitor symptoms include bulging or rounded tops instead of flat like new one and the rubber plug in base of capacitor protruding.
Capacitors need to be replaced.
I have successfully replaced with 10v 1000uf and 10v 1200uf, both Rubycon and Sanyo brands.
Power to the switch board is now restored and the switch is able to function just fine.
Give it a go and see if it works for your Powerconnect.

Jabra BT500 won't power up

If you can try a different charger, try that. try charging with USB cable if not. Try your charger on another headset if you can. I think the charger is the problem. If no change every way, here is the link to the user manual if you need it; http://www.jabra.com/Sites/Jabra/NA-US/pages/SupportProduct.aspx?productid=3c063d26-e62b-4b4d-9613-c10134a79cf3 Page 7 has the toll-free tech helpline which is probably worth a check in case they have any ideas before opening it up. If still no luck, and you want to open it up, first thing to look for is the battery. check any connectors are on properly. try charging for a while and see if battery gets warm/hot/no change. See if there are any technical specifications or part numbers written on the battery and I can get more info to see if it can be checked and if it is worth replacing. If you have any trouble identifying the battery, try posting back a photo of the inside and we will see what we can do. Hope this helps :)

Hi. I just purchased the insignia digital wireless headphones for my boyfriend and the headphones won't charge properly. It says to put the on the dock station and the red light will stay on(up to 4 hours)...

If the red light is on for such a short period of time, it probably means that the headphones are charged. The red light will flash for a long time and then turn green only when you charge on the dock headphones that need charging. I suggest to try to use them without charging them and see if the headphones work.

How do i charge my jabra bt150

Use the AC adapter to charge from a power socket.
The charging socket is located at the top of the headset (the wider end). When the LED is solid blue, your headset is charging. When the solid blue LED turns off, it is fully charged.

Ipod shuffle cannot hear music through headphones

Hi,

Is it really a Head phone issue? lets find out that first.
If your headphones don't work as expected or not at all, connect the headphones to another audio source, such as your computer's speaker jack or another audio device that has a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, and test them. If your headphones are under warranty and still don't work, you can order replacement iPod headphones - Link - https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do;jsessionid=1B9ED1B556F0978A6C914A52711E59AA

And about the yellow and green LEDs
The yellow LED shows when the player is charging and a blinking green LED indicates you've paused the player.
At the back is another LED, the 'Battery Status' button, just below the toggle switch; when pressed, it flashes to give you a general idea of how much battery charge remains... green indicates a full charge... yellow, a low charge... red, very low charge... and no glow means its given up its ghost.

Hope this helps :-))

Free Pulse

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.
headphone.jpg
Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.
headphone-flash.gif
Figure 2
3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.
receiver.jpg
Figure 3
4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.
receiver-flash.gif
Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.
headphone-volumeup.jpg
Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.

BT500V won't charge

This happens because the battery gets too low to take a charge.
To jump start the headset, connect the power lead and the LED will be flashing red. now press and hold the power and BT pairing buttons. The LED should change to solid red.
I found that holding both buttons for about 3-5 minutes allowed the battery to get enough charge to start charging and you can release the buttons and the headset will continue to charge.
If the led starts flashing again, just repeat the process again.
Hope this helps...
