Is there any dust in the contacts that makes it do that? If so, try to clean the whole keyboard

I can't turn off the caps lock key on my key key

Is this an Apple Keyboard? It is a USB wired or wireless bluetooth keyboard? Is the "caps lock key" the only affected key? Are there other keys being affected? I suspect a hardware issue. If you have a can of compressed air with that small tube on the end, blow some compressed air in and around that particular key to see if any material might be dislodged. If after blowing air around the "caps lock key" still shows the key to be stuck, then move the keyboard to another mac system to see if the problem persists. If the problem persists, then its either a trip to an apple authorized repair shop for the keyboard, or purchase another one. Hope that helps.
