Verify that the little o-ring is in place and intact, then if that doesn't stop the trouble, a little oil or a tiny smear of grease (water pump grease is my go to as it contains a bit of parafin. Be Well and Stay Safe

my gun wont shoot the bb's for daisy 5501

The plunger spring may have broken, or perhaps the plunger itself has torn through (the rod may have pulled through the plunger head). It almost has to be one of the two. You'll have to either take it to a person who knows, or carefully remove the plunger assembly from the barrel and check it. Hope this helps (sorry to hear the gun won't shoot). :(
