My Reebok ZR10 is giving the message: Current Overflow and is completely seized up. What does this mean and is there a solution?

f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.

Check the low voltage supply, that is what supplies the 'brain' and display.

This type of treadmills seem to have high probability of failure if you use the emergency cutoff switch instead of the power switch at the bottom.

My guess is by yanking the red magnetic safety switch, the induced current put a heavy load on the central controller circuitry, and over the time it damages the IC chips on that board.

There's a border-line failure phase before the controller goes completely dead, I realized this and stopped using the safety switch, it hasn't had any issue ever since.

It's a current overflow in the system. You can also get this message if the voltage is too low. Also it can mean a short in the speaker cable. E3 Error is a general error "eccessive current overflow". Check the fuses, I believe there are 4 in this unit but not sure. Check your crossovers. I hope this helps you out. Is this a new hookup or did you buy anything new or change anything?
