How do I turn on my samsung keyboard dock - Samsung Computers & Internet

My suggestion is to plug your dock to external displayer (monitor or tv) them set to duplicate display mode. Let me know if helps.

You need to change the battery, the machine may well show 97 percent but the battery will deplete overtime purely because of t the number of times they are recharged. This is particularly so on newer batteries.....such as li-ion cells. The method of depletion can be deceiving, showing high charge but one that cannot be retained.
Buy a battery, (ies,) from a reputable manufacturer.
At worst you will have a spare

For the keyboard to work, the tablet has to be docked on the keyboard (you will hear a clear clicking sound when you dock the tablet properly). If the keyboard doesn't work when it is docked, it should be brought in for a repair.

When you do the factory reset by default it will erase all the data from the tab .... only default settings will be available

Apparently a lot of people have complaints about that keyboard dock (see the customer reviews on Newegg.com --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834131399 .)
Go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads and enter in the entire model number in the search field, including the characters after "T1C". Your drivers should then come up. Post back how it went.

You turn the power off to the Thinkpad Tablet 2 keyboard by holding the power switch to the right for 3 seconds.

Go to the Control Panel in your start menu whilst the PC is in the dock,disconnect the things you want it to detect, then click on "Add a device" and connect them one by one :)

I am assuming that you mean the USB on the docking station is not detecting your mouse and keyboard, please can you open your device manager and have a look for the docking station in the list, if you see it in the list but is has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark showing next to the docking station, if this is the case right click on the line and remove this from the list, and then get device manager to refresh, this will reinstall the driver and should get the docking station working again.

If the docking station has power:

Make sure power is off for both the laptop and the docking station. Plug your keyboard and mouse into the docking station. Dock the D630 to the docking station and then power on docking station. This should then turn on your D630. Your D630 should detect the keyboard and mouse.

If the docking station has no power:

Verify that the power cord, AC adaptor, etc. is plugged in. If the items listed seem to be in order,
there may be a problem with the power going into the docking station. (AC adaptor?)

support.dell.com will have the specific details for your D630 and your docking station, et al.
