If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers for spare part supplies and as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

I also have the Matsui M195T microwave oven and the same thing happened to me yesterday whilst cleaning it. There's nothing in the user manual that helps. However, I finally fixed the microwave by turning it off at the mains socket, pushed and held the 'Start' button on the keypad, switched back on at the mains and then waited for a few seconds before releasing the Start button. Obviously this fix is far too late to help the original poster but might help other folk.

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > START

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > START
