I don't think so, you only lose the info on your cell if you make a factory reset. If you can make a back up with an app.

SOURCE: htc 8925, error message ''no sim card detected''

Ensure all SIM contacts are straight & in line with each other. To clear corrosion on the contacts try using a clean pencil eraser. You don't mention if you get any error messages so I am supposing you aren't.

How do I add an sd card to blu vivo xl2

The sdcard might fit between SIM cards 1 and 2. There is a space about that size in the middle. Some sim card trays have a diagram etched inside suggesting the proper order. If you do not have a second SIM card, insert an adapter frame in that empty space so sdcard won't slip. These are sold as a set under "sim card adapter." They will not fit sdcards, however.

How do i install micro sd card into blu vivo xl2?

I have a Blu Dash X and have 2 sim cards plus a micro SD. If you can get the back off (a fingernail in the little crack on one of the corners) you can open it up and slide the card into the slot that is marked for it. The contacts go toward the front of the phone.

I forgot the screen pattern for my BLU VIVO 4.65 HD cellular phone How do I get around it?

if you forgot your pattern lock, just give few more tries to continue wrong efforts. at an instant, the OS will report 'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will instantly ask for new pattern lock and you are done!

Puk code

  1. Do not enter in any codes if the phone asks for a "PUK" or "SIM lock" code. Contact your cellular provider immediately and request the code because if you enter in an incorrect code, your SIM card will permanently deactivate itself.
  2. Contact your cellular service provider and have it provide you with a new SIM card. Let it know your account and phone number so that it can transfer your phone service to the new SIM card.
  3. Check the manual that came with your phone to see if the SIM card is found in the standard location beneath the battery or if it's located somewhere else.
  4. Turn your phone over and remove the back plate by pushing down on the slide panel and sliding it away from you. Remove the plate and then put your finger in between the battery and the side wall. Push the battery away and pull it out of the phone.
  5. See if the SIM card has a metal covering. Remove the covering if there is one present and then pull the SIM card out.
  6. Place the new SIM card in the card holder and then snap back down the metal covering. Make sure to place the card in the same direction as the old card or your phone will not be able to read it. Put the battery back in and then place the back panel back on. Power on your phone to ensure that the SIM is working properly.
