Whirlpool AAA Class Dishwasher

FA - Aquastop error
Check water supply. Low water pressure? Does the machine fill up with water in under 1 min? If not, thats your problem. If this happens during wash cycle, it could be the intake valve for the rinse cycle that is your problem, if you hava doubble/tripple intake valve that is.

Error code FA

FA is the emergency shutoff switch that detects when water is pooling underneath the machine (a leak)
You may have to remove the back of the machine to check the float switch underneath. Empty any water from the catch tray and check for leaks.

PANASONIC FA-A505

FA-A505 is the Automatic Doc Feeder number and not the copier model number. Without knowning the machine model number, This is just a general code for 95% of the Panasonic Copiers that use this code. If the U14 is flashing on machine, then check your waste container bottle for the toner. (Not the toner bottle, there should be a waste container that needed to be changed or at leasted emptied and then washed out with COLD water) Be warned.. washing the bottle out will make a mess out of your sink, so it is suggested to do in in a basement tub/sink.
If you do not have another waste container, then empty as much of the used toner in a plastic bag, and then rinse the bottle out. The bottle does not have to be completely dry when you re install it. Just shake as much of the water out as possible. If the U14 goes away, you are good to go. If the U14 is still showing, open the door and remove the bottle and see if you can close the door WITHOUT the bottle. If the U14 goes away, then the bottle is not clean enough. DO NOT RUN THE MACHINE WITHOUT THE BOTTLE, or you will have a mess in your machine. (some models will let you close the door without the bottle, and some wont).

Your best bet, is to replace it with a replacement container if your church has one and order some spares to keep on hand.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
