Hello my freind, what u mean can't use? is it if you have share a documents with your own account the person who is not within in your account's scope is cannot access your shared docs? is that what u mena? 

U can reset ur password from control panal->User Account->Ur Account(The Name where u give password in starting of system)->Remove password->Old password(sa u have).

Remove control panel to gain access to screws and remove door boot and tilt forward this should give access
