I think this microwave oven uses an inverter to control the power output of the magnetron. Usually the microwave will advertise this feature with a trade name like "accu-wave" or "true-power" or some similar label on the front of the microwave. Assuming that is the case here, then the E11 error means a bad inverter and an expensive repair, if it's not covered under warranty or a service agreement
If the microwave was built by LG, then error EE means "EEprom Failure".
The eeprom is a memory chip built into the oven electronic control board. The error usually means that the electronic board must be replaced. In some case the alluminium insulation foil that protects the board must also be replaced. A radiation leakage test must be done after carrying the repair. The repair must be performed by a technician.
"ERR 3" means that the magnetron units have failed in the microwave. Food will not cook or heat up when the microwave is in use.
This code is different than "ERR 1" or "ERR 2" because with those the microwave is still operational. "ERR 3" means a complete failure.
The magnetron is the main source of power and heating in a microwave. Magnets work inside a magnetron tube to create the heat and voltage needed to cook items.
Bring the microwave back to the retailer or a repair shop for service. You may also consider purchasing a whole new microwave if the prices are cheap enough.

An "SE" error on a Samsung microwave means you have a shorted membrane keypad.
If and when an oven
is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and
can result in a fire.
So until it is repaired,
please leave it unplugged or leave the door
open when it's not in use, and please do not leave it running
unattended.
You can check here to see if your model may have been involved in a recall to fix a defective keypad, etc.
If not, then there are possibly 3-4 options to get it fixed, some DIY, some not.
To allow us to help you effectively (at no charge), please post a NEW problem to FixYa, and please
include your brand name and the full model number from the tag in or on
the unit, your symptom, "SE error".
