easiest way to stream to tv is with a cable. depending on the make of the tablet , you can buy hdmi micro cables to connect to tv. doing it wireless you will need a box plugged into the tv that has DNLA capability. both are available to buy.if you go for an android tv box they have that but also have XBMC which will allow you to watch any movie/tv programs/sports etc for free

Most newer TVs have a VGA connector on the back with the rest of the connectors. This is generally the easiest connector to use. You can get a VGA cable from a local computer store to connect between your computer video connection and the TV. If you have an old VGA monitor you are no longer using, you may find that the old VGA cable is removable - as they are on some monitors.

Alternatively, you can connect to an HDMI connector on your laptop / PC to the TV's HDMI connector (they should be labeled) using a standard HDMI cable if you have such a connection available. This is the preferred method if you have this connector available on both devices.

Third alternative option is if your computer (or TV) have a DVI connector. This connector can be adapted to HDMI. As an example, if your computer uses a DVI connector, and your TV has an HDMI connector on the back you could buy a DVI -> HDMI cable, or just use a HDMI cable with a HDMI -> DVI adapter on one end.

Once you have connected to the TV in one of the above methods, you then have to use the TV remote and change the 'input source' until you see your computer.

Side note: If you are using a laptop, make sure that your external connector is enabled - for Windows users, right click on the desktop and choose properties then Display. (Windows 8 users, choose screen resolution in the same location).

IPhone? To do that with an IPhone you will need airplay and apple TV.

Yes it can. You have two options:

1. Connect an Apple TV to your TV and once you have both your Apple TV and iPhone on the same wireless network, you can do Airplay on your iPhone and mirror the display to your Apple TV (and thus your TV).

2. You can purchase a Lightning Digital AV Adapter and connect an HDMI cable from your TV to the adapter. This will also allow you to mirror your phone display to the TV.

You will find it easiest to take the back cover off and gain access to the rear of the socket and push it back out.

Most modern entertainment electronics equipment have multiple ways of connecting. You just need to know how to connect them so it will be easiest to switch to vcr, dvd, satellite, cable, etc. You can use video/audio cables (yellow/red/white at both ends), RF cable, s-video cable, etc. You can use a combination of any or all of these, but the trick is to know how to switch from watching one to watching another.
