I just purchases a program called Simple Driver then I chose to update for 5.00 I wound up being charged twice! how do I get my money back from the first purchase

If you are having problems installing security software, and have 1500 documented problems, you may have a severe MALWARE infection. MALWARE (Virus, Spyware, adware etc.) often attack, disable or prevent the installation of security software.

Depending on the severity and how deeply imbedded the walware infection is determines the final resolve. UNfortunately, the final answer often is a complete reformat and reinstall of the operating system.

Often, it is just too much work to get rid of a massive infection and mort effective to format and start with a clean drive and install the security software before re-connecting to the internet.

If you can plug the c550 into your computer and pull it up as a drive, you should see a "Demo" folder. Delete this folder, and it MAY fix your unit. If your computer will not see the unit, you will need to send it in for repair. FYI, I am an employee at Garmin, and we always go out of our way to help in any way we can without sending it in for repair. Garmin gives us more latitude to help the customer than any other company I've ever worked for. We don't do anything "just for more money" We don't work on commission, we get nothing out of making the customer pay for a repair.

Call forwarding is not a function provided by single line telephones. You will need to contact your telephone service provider to have them provide the service for you as well as instructions for how to turn the service on and off.

you can contact ebay on the hompage on the left hand side you will see a contact us tab click that another page will open with answer centre also eBay explained and security centre click on security tab another page will open on the left hand side you will see live help click that you might have to wait for someone to become available or you can talk to an automated voice explain in detail your problem with the live help you should get the appropriate help
if you paid using paypal
log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim
