Sounds like maybe the tilt safety switch has failed. Try returning it to your dealer for a replacement unit.

SOURCE: I have a lasko tower ceramic heater that keeps shutting down.

mine does the same thing every year. I just clean out the dust from the vents on the back of the heater so the heater can breath otherwise it could get too hot and the safety fetcher kick in and makes the heater stop working.

Electricity is not suitable for use by you....
Check power point with another appliance. Check heater switch, high temp, etc....
