That can be as simple as the battery connector popped lose, to a connection on a chip breaking.
there are a load of videos on YouTube if you look for 'iphone 7 repair' then you have a choice, if you are reasonable with a screwdriver and feel like you can open your phone, watch the various videos about changing the battery, pop it open and repeat the cables.
you can typically get a set of tools from like ifix or search on amazon, or by a replacement battery (they sometimes come with the tools) or ask around to see if anyone you know has the screwdrivers.
Or, look at the author details of the videos and see if they have a shop near you.

That happened to me. Push the home and on/off buttons simultaneously until the apple logo appears, then wait until it has fully restored the system. This should work. Good luck

It's possibly you fried it's tiny mobo by dropping it, you could always take it into a place such as laptop X change and they can replace the capacitors on it, or the whole mobo in general.
If you have a warranty or insurance on it, then that always helps too :) I apologize for your phone, I hope you find a fix for it soon.
If you're the technical type, you could also order replacement parts on eBay and just fix it yourself, but I warn you this is really NOT easy, even for those who build computers since there is a risk of breaking the plastic clips that hold the phone together, there is also risk of damaging wires and such other smaller chips since they are pretty fragile.
