High Pointe EC942K9E just 13 months old I opened the door to microwave something the fuse blew? Got another fuse and all worked well 3 times then opened the door and shut it and the fuse blew again?

That sounds like it has got damp from the winter lay up. There is huge voltage in Microwave ovens that can easily arc across condensation. If you have a fan heater you could try blowing warm air through it for an hour. I am pretty sure it can be repaired if that doesn't fix it. They are around $850 new.
The High Pointe EM925AQR microwave oven has been having power issues. The oven will turn on, but the power will go out after a few minutes. This problem has been going on for about a month now, and we have not been able to find a solution. We have tried different outlets, different cords, and even different microwaves, but nothing has worked. We are not sure what is causing the power issue, but we would like to find a solution soon.
This will be either a faulty door interlock switch or High voltage component. You will need to remove the outer cover after first disconnecting power. Discharge the high voltage capactitor!
Check the door switches are operating correctly if so move on to the high voltage components starting with the transformer
I also have a High Pointe Microwave Model EM925BSC SN 0608MO3508 manufactured in Aug 06. Tried to use it for the first time this weekend after buying a new Honda EU2000I to use it. The turntable does not turn automatically or when I try to turn it manually. Cooks OK. Nothing in the owner's manual that came with trailer (Zoom 178) mention how to fix the problem.
