Speed button not working - Exercise & Fitness

remove and replace console bezel assembly.

Hi, some of the components is worn out because of age or the electronic eye needs attention....

there is a starter solenoid inside it works the speed setting. controls speed 1-2-3. 4 it bypasses it. in side the fan you will see a black box with c66 somthing that will need to be changed as that is the part that controls the speed.

Most likely the directional PCA has popped out of its housing. There is a small circuit board underneath the quick start button that works the controls. They are notorious for coming loose. If board is still in the housing then then speed down sector of the board may be bad and it will need to be replaced

Either need new transmitter or receiver or both. Call 1-888-830-1326 to order parts.

Please use the calibration software for easy diagnostic and fit it.

go with your ower manual or go under the Hood for see the instruction steps, and go you will fix it easy and diagnostic , that was the purpose for this software.


Of course i recommen that adjust : 1) Reed sense switch. 2) Sensor speed. and do the calibritation software.

You will need to check inside the button contacts to identify if the control of current is by a series resistor or by the coil winding.
Since the high speed is working it is possible that the series resistor coil is open.So check for loss of contact continuity in the switch, if not you can use the present model of electronic fan controllers to give you a variable fan control. This can be connected to the main hi speed connection.
Tip: Identify the wattage and buy the regulator according to the specs.(42 inch type)

start PSP while holding down the right button,
this will access bios,
use the 4 way button and the x button to scroll down to cpu speed,
select a higher cpu speed.
you may have to do this several times to get the cpu to the correct speed it was at beforeit stopped working,
i cant recal the correct cpu speed
