"If you set a lock screen on your Android device, the PIN entry screen will then feature an Emergency call button toward the botto" of the screen. The button will enable anybody who grabs the phone to at least be able to dial 911 in the case of an emergency without needing to enter a PIN or lock pattern."
Download HiLocker App from Google Play. " Launch the app and Turn on Hi Locker App. Make sure you Turn Off, System Lock in your Mobile. Open Lockscreen Settings in mobile and select "none" to prevent from showing double lock screen. You can also download more lock screen from Google Play Store for removing Emergency Call button."
Turn the unit off. Press and hold both the power button and the volume button at the same time, until the little yellow-green android robot comes on the screen. You can then release the buttons. You will eventually get a menu (this took a while to come up). Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Reset to Factory Standards", and select by pressing the power button.
Install an IR Remote App in android phone. The app link below worked for me to remove the fpa lock on. Configure the App for your RCA TV. Set TV as Device type, RCA as the brand. and choose the model (e.g., TV 20 F420T) also, select the Alternate IR Driver.
All the options of the command may appear in a list form. Close that and an actual remote with buttons should appear.
Then Power your tv will turn ON. Press the Menu. Pressing the Channel Down/Up Button to navigate to Preferences. Press OK button on the screen.. Then Navigate to FPA Lock. Press OK again. THis will turn the FPA Lock to Off.
It sounds like you may have accidentally turned them off. To make sure the sounds are on, do the following:
1. Click on "Settings" 2. Select "Sounds" 3. At the bottom you will see "Lock Sounds" and "Keyboard Clicks".
If the sounds are on, I would then recommend preforming what's called a "Soft Reset". To preform this, do the following:
1.Press down the "Home" button and the "Lock" button at the same time. 2.Hold these buttons until you see the apple logo appear. 3.The iPhone may take up to 2 minutes to come back to your "Lock Screen"
yes there is asterick (star) button at the bottom keep it pressesd for 15 seconds screen lock will turn on. to turn off press menu button and press asterick button for 15 sec

That's it. Your phone is ready to accept SIM cards from just about any GSM mobile telephone service provider in the world.
If you received a "wrong password" message you will need to insert a working SIM and reset the password to the default 8 zeroes "00000000". After that you may try this process again and it should work.
