For the lack of a manual, I can tell you what I've learned through trial and error.
- The heat setting does not burn you, but maintains the temperature you put in. Good for diabetics.
- The fill line , well it doesn't have one..just under half of the foot tub covers the feet and does not allow too much splashing as you use the rollers.
- The settings, heat.vibration.bubbles.foot massage all under the knob
- Cleaning.. use soapy water and sponge bathe it. as with any machine of this type avoid submerging completely. If you do submerge it accidentally it MUST be thoroughly dried before next use.
note: if you are a manual reader like me, the Clairol m o d e l fb2 7R has similar features and a good manual to boot.
