This is the most common issue on dim/black LED TV's. One cannot confirm 100% online but it is the most common cause. I would google inverter and your brand for a You Tube Video. If you can still hear sound it is 80-90% likely the inverter board. you can usually find them pretty cheap on Ebay or Amazon. I often pick up free Tv's with broken screens and sell the working boards on there myself.

Convergence ICs are STK392-110 you will need two of them they are available at the link I am posting and they give free instalation instructions with pics and free tech support so you can do the repair yourself.Heres the link.

You may have blown parts, look inside and inspect the power supply module and the back light inverter board, I will leave the TV unplugged.

Check for any loose soder points or loose connections with wiring sockets to backlight inverter board.

It could be your mainboard. How long did you have the TV?
You only have 3 modules in the back of that unit, the wifi and the sound master board and the video board. Samsung knows they have a issue with some, there is a diagnostic mode that will help you to determine, I would contact tech support before I bought a 350.00 module just to confirm, however I think your on the right track
