Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Go to phone's menu --> Settings --> Sounds & alerts --> Message alert. In the message alert menu look for the option to set a different ring tone. It may be like "Find sound" or similar. After its selection the phone will ask you to point to the file you want to set as message alert.
Note: the music file should be in .mp3 format and you cannot set more than one track at a time. If you want to use different track for every contact go to Contacts and edit the contact's preference to use a different track.
its in your message options.... go to email.. or txt message.... go to Options...... General options... and scroll down to Actions... it will say keep messages.... it should say 2 months for you move it to forever.. so that it will only delete when you delete it
To erase the recent recipients list, you must do a master reset of the phone. This will erase all texts, alarms, and any other personal settings you set on the phone, but it will erase your recent recipients. This is the ONLY reliable method I found
i m not able too send or rec. messages through nokia e62....even i have entered the required message center no. but no use ...even i have done formatting & flashing... but no use
