This is one of those hard to answer questions. The price will depend on how old, how big and how collectible that particular babie is. New, small ones are quite cheap to buy but the Older, Rarer ones can cost a Lot more money.

Are Beanie babies filled with spider eggs just hatching now?

I would find that highly unlikely as spider eggs hatch in a time frame of one to four weeks. It is more likely that the eggs were laid during that time period.

My beanie boo has super glue on its eye and I need help removing the glue

Since the eye must be made out of resin, try putting the beanie boo in the freezer. the super glue will start to come off and you can just put the toy in hot water afterwards. It might work, but i'm not so sure. hope this helps.

How to fix a beanie boo

If the Beanie Boo seam split, I'd reccomend a trek to your local store for a needle and thread. Sew the seam back together - making sure the stitches are small. If this is a child's toy, play a pretend game of animal A&E. Get all their teddies to grieve the teddy in hospital. It worked for me!

Missing toy eye

Purchase a new beanie baby, remove the eye and sew or superglue onto old one. Also you could call the company and order a new one. To get the phone number ask a toy store or search online.
