SOURCE: Does not printer lowercase letter "f"

Do you have another computer to connect this printer to in order to try and recreate this issue? It may help determine if the issue is the printer itself.

The typewriter is set in P.S. mode instead of 10 or 12. This switch is in lower left corner of keyboard.

SOURCE: How to type in capital letters on facit typewriter?

You did not specify if it was a manual or electric or the model, so assuming it is a standard manual or electric machine, push down on the shift key and hold it, then type your letter or letters. If you are typing everything in caps, press the shift lock key.

SOURCE: Here's the problem: it types just fine, but only

Take out the printwheel, manually turn it look for bent or broken spokes on it, or just breplace it.

Nakajima WPT-150 Electronic Typewriter. How do you install a platen back into WPT150 Nakajami once it has been removed.

Question edited for clarity, 'make model (what it is)', correct order and spelling of Nakajima.

Unfortunately no one has documented this. Only typewriter engineers do this job. In normal circumstances, no one removes it.

The "," key (comma) is stuck on a Nakajima WPT-150 typewriter. How do I correct?

Difficult to work without a comma key!

You could try cleaning under it, but there may be some type of spring under there which has broken or become dislodged. Very few people use typewriters these days. You can't clean with Carburetor cleaner, but don't get it in the plastic keys. It shouldn't do any harm, but just in case. It is based on Carbon Tetrachloride which is a cleaner and degreaser.

My Nakajima typewriter prints too light - like the keys don't hit the ribbon hard enough to be solid.

Go to nadist.com you will find a manual there with impression control instructions.

Brand new typewriter ML-100 worked fine yesterday. Today, letters are not fully appearing; the ink is only filling in half of each letter printed (just the top portion.) Please help. Thank you!

Hi. There is a lever (left side) to set the thickness of paper. Move that to lower number if you only have 1 paper, move up if you have several pages. Hope this helps.

I have an ax 60 nakajima typewriter and the ceilings are not writing the letters that should appear when you mark this messy writing, not the logical order

If this says that the tops of the letters are not printing Be sure that the ribbon is properly installed and isn't folded.

WPT-61

there is a key that has BOLD printed under the letter on the key, or it may be printed above the top keys on the keyboard, hold down the code key and hit the key under where it says BOLD, or the key that has it on it. to take it off, do the same thing
