Hi Melinda, I don't know much about baby monitors or what they cost but on most electronic items these days they aren't reparable as no one works on them and cost to repair exceeds cost to replace. Only thing I can suggest is test the outlet it's plugged into to be sure you have power there if you haven't done that, if it has an ac wall adaptor (brick) that plugs into the monitor that could be what's bad, they can be tested by someone that has a multimeter and if found bad replaced for around $10
So far, I have not been able to find a user manual for the HelloBaby HB24 video baby monitor online.

My Angelcare baby monitor stopped charging as well. I found that one of the terminals in the charging dock had broken the wire that connects it to the power cord plug. I re-soldered it back on and it works again!
hello, I was wondering if you could please help me. My baby monitor is working find, but ater about 5 minuter, the screen goes black although I could still hear the sound.
