Sometimes the pharmacist will run out of one and have another but it’s perfectly fine they do the same thing

In my experience if it is the exact same medication (ex. Claritin or Loratadine if generic) it is ok if that is the same make-up. If not they have to say something in case of side effects. There are sometimes several manufacturers for the same medications just like plastic forks. So the shape maybe slightly different but are the same.
