Restart it. Do not turn it off and then on but Restart it or reboot it. If the alarm still on try to find if it is wet somewhere. If it doesn't seem to be wet do it lightly with the hairdryer in a low setting. If it still has the alarm, it is wet somewhere that does not dry easily. Leave it for a few days and check it out again. If the alarm is still on, time to take it for service/repairs
If there is no movement when you try to swipe to unlock it then your digitizer(the glass that senses touch and is separate from the LCD) has either been bumped and the ribbon cables that attach to the board could have come loose or the unit has gotten wet and shorted out the board.
If you CAN move to the unlock but it doesn't then try re-starting the tablet by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Wait about a minute then turn it back on and see if it has corrected itself.
Apps running in the background can cause this to happen.
Wipe dry best you can. dry with hair dryer for 10 min. do not over heat, then place in a bag of rice for a couple days. good luck.

If the tablet got wet and you tried to turn it on wet, it won't turn on ever. It's done... Don't lose hope, take it to some repair service but don't have much expectations. For the future, remember NEVER turn on a wet electronic device
what did you clean them with ? water?, bad move. you should only clean your electronics with acceptable electronic cleaning solutions,
or Rubbing Alcohol on a lint free wipe very lightly saturated then swing the cloth around in the air for a few second to make sure its not dripping wet, but very lightly damp. then make sure all units are off with no current flowing through. also make sure that you DO NOT turn them on straight after let them dry completely. ( when applied to items should see a streaking not an overall wetness.(if overall wet, you've used to much) drying time is based on wetness.) Use hair dryer if necessary.
Good Luck, try the dryer on the headphones. including the tablet plug in area. you might have gotten water in it.too!
It could also be the logic board. Usually, there are weep / drainage holes in the bottom of the laptop. See if there's any traces of moisture there, and you'll know if it got wet or not.
Sounds like it could have been wet. You could try replacing the keyboard.
