ask a real question.
tell what is in you hands, posted to computers you did. but what computer and where is this movie located on earth./

wild guess #1 (blind)
a computer is it, has an OS (none told)
the OS locks files in use (a top quality feature of any OS made),NOT A BUG;

a movie say MP4 on your HDD,
you must close all apps to it first
them means explorer too. THIS PC
or just boot the PC and all record locks to this file MP4 are now released.
then delete it, and use This PC(explorer local)
possible 2nd problem...
if permissions fail, add feature to windows (is it?) called "take ownership" a right click feature.

or does it mean 2 persons using 1 PC at the same time and one deleted it and makes it fail for 2nd person? be more clear.
PCs can be shared, it's easy to do.

where is this movie??
my PCs can watch a movie 12,000 miles away.
I even have servers that far away and can delete anything I want there, my accounts there. (watch,edit,delete, rename ,etc)
I even have web cams here the record movies to the cloud that I control.
and can watch anywhere on earth web connected.

When I get a text message, it says I'm running out of memory even though I have deleted all the old messages. How can I fix this? I tried taking out the battery and restarting but that didn't work.

Go into application manager (settings, usually in my device, application manager) and look for the app you are having trouble with, when you find the app tap on it to open and "clear cache", this will clear the apps cache and may solve the problem. Be aware! If you have to much space taken up in your phones internal memory it will affect the performance of your phone overall. Try deleting some large files in your file manager ( movies and the like) this will free up the processor to work efficiently.

Movi edit pro 15 plus burns realy slow

hi Richard, I found that too, also, when the DVDs had finally burned they all ended early, mostly just half a second or so, sometimes they would only burn say 45 seconds, even though the timeline ( the blue line above the tracks in edit screen) was stretched way past the end. Also it wouldnt upload to You Tube. What we've done, my mate and I, weve downloaded Live Movie Maker, you go to Microsoft site and download , I cant remember, its either Windows Live essentials, its something essentials anyhow,you have to download the whole package but it downloaded easily. I just googled movie maker. the old Movie Maker wont work with Windows 7, but this new one does, we re did all 13 movies of our songs, using the Magix movies we had already made as reference, and they burn easliy to DVD and they upload to YouTube really easily too. We are using MP4 clips, and it accepts those too. We had so much trouble with Magix ive now deleted it altogether and will go on with WindowsLlive Movie maker.

I can no longer add to my hard drive despite having deleted files

you would be well advised to get the software for working with drives. The very best is Acronis disk director. It's not expensive and is an industry standard for working on HDD. It can be use with a wizard to do what you want or in a more advanced mode.
If you do, then make the 100GB a new partion, which will format it and you will have no further worries.
