The F10 error can be caused by a faulty relay or electronic control board if the oven overheated while in use. If you unplug the range and the error occurs when the range is cool, then the over-temperature sensor has failed or the electronic control board is faulty. Even the wiring between parts could be faulty.
You need to check sensor and wiring. On some models, the oven temperature sensor probe can be accessed by opening the oven door. Look for two screws that are close together. Otherwise it's accessed from the back of the oven. It may be covered by an access panel. Unplug the wiring harness and check the resistance across the sensor with a multi-meter. It should give 1100 Ohms. Similarly check the wiring resistance from the probe to the control board. Also check the relay and that wiring. Replace the wiring, sensor or relay if those are faulty. Otherwise you need to replace the control board. The control board will be behind the console access panel. Somewhere on the back of the range, there will be a trouble-shooting sheet giving the wiring diagram and the expected resistance or voltage across the parts of the range.
I may be able be able to provide a parts diagram and price list for parts on your range. Please add a comment with the model number of the range for this information.
I hope this helps.

Code F-10 indicates a temperature runaway. There are two possible problems. 1) The oven temp sensor has failed. This can be checked using a standard multimeter. The sensor is located behind the rear access panel of your oven. The sensor should read about 1100 ohms at room temperature. 2) The oven control board needs to be replaced. There are no FRU's (field replaceable units) on the control board. Check the sensor first. Even a new control board is cheaper than a new oven.

HI. this is a oven temp sensor failure notice. you will need to check the wires leading from the temp sensor to the control. if the wires are in good condition and , the sensor harness is not welded, replace the temp sensor asap.

Hello friend, thanks for the post!
I understand your Frigidaire wall oven is flashing a F10 code and not heating up. Based off of that information an F10 code stands for a runaway temperature, which could be an issue with a sensor probe or oven control. It could possibly be a miscommunication with the board and that could be cleared out by resetting your appliance. To reset your appliance disconnect power to it by unplugging the oven or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. If that step does not resolve your issue and you continue to receive the F10 code I would recommend contacting a technician to come and repair your appliance. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
