Many owners of the Bosch dishwashers perceive h01 (h: 01) or h02 (h: 02) and other signs as an error. But in fact, this is not an error, and you accidentally got into the start-up timer menu (delayed start of washing dishes). In this case, h01 means that washing dishes will start exactly in 1 hour; if the display shows h02, then washing process will begin exactly in 2 hours. As a rule, in most models of dishwashers from Bosch, a delayed start can be set in the range from 1 to 24 hours. In the instructions for different models of Bosch dishwashers, the e27 error is described as insufficient voltage in the electrical network. This means that if the mains voltage drops below 220V (or 110V in some countries), the dishwasher stops working, and the E27 error code appears.
I think, this is not an error. The user manual describes how to show the error codes (see picture below). I suppose it comes to delay the start of the program in 1-hour steps up to 24 hours and is indicated by a lowercase "h:1" - "h:24". Also, it is used a capital letter "H:07" when adjusting regeneration depend of the water hardness, but water hardnes is between H:0 - H:7 (so it is impossible H:19).
error code 01 means interrupted heating phase or no heat on final rinse if machine is heating on beginning of wash this will be a blocked transfer hose or pressure chamber need to remove left hand side panel to access and base panel to access transfer hose it will be full of food deposits messing up water fill cycles these machines will only heat correctly when wash water is at correct level. the wash perfprmance will suffer till this is done.
2H is not exactly an "error code", but it does indicate a problem. It means that the machine exceded its wash time by more than 2 hours. This is usualy caused by a failure of the heater, most often caused by a failure of the controll. Remove the control from the door, remove the plastic housing from the control, and check for a bad solder joint on the heater relay.
If you find a bad solder joint, REPLACE the controll.
Or call a qualified service person.
NOTE: The SHU53A dish washer with serial numbers from FD8205 to FD8507 are included in a factory recall. If your dishwasher is one of these contact BSH @ 1-800-586-9226 24/7.
