Lots of people have the same problem, though noone really knows why. Many are convinced that Creative simply screwed up. None of the firmware updates I've tried fixed it, so the problem is probably hardware-related. Another common problem is that the headphone jack glitches. It's simply too weak. Though Creative has not officially commented this, it appears newer versions don't have the headphone jack problem (at least not as often). Anyhoo, be careful with the connector.
If you still can, I would recommend you to return your Zen Micro and get something else. Otherwise, you can fix the freezing (every time it appears, and it WILL happen again) like this:
1. Shut the player down (if you can). Remove the battery.
2. Hold the power button and reinsert the battery. Keep holding the power button until the player is started up. You should now be on the recovery screen.
3. Run a Disk cleanup. This will delete all your settings, but your songs and playlists will be intact. I don't know about other stuff like calendar entries.
4. After the cleanup is done, choose reboot.
The player will now reboot. After the reboot, your Zen Micro will display "Rebuilding library". After this is done, you should be able to use your player again. Just be ready to do this every few days. It mostly seems to happen when it's been off for a while and the battery power is low.
i hope this will be helpfull to you .
