HP ER27 Display has constant 1 inch borders.

To be clear, this is a 27" HP monitor. The "Auto" function on the display does it's 'adjustments' but the boarder remains. The latest monitor drivers and video card drivers are also installed. Nothing I've tried removes the large black boarders. Thanks for reading this! Anthony

If you see your border it's your cleaning or drum...But when you replace a drum you must replace the cleaning blade to !

Is my apex tv AT2702 high def??

According to apex its not and does not have a digital tuner the only way this can be high def would be 720P meaning 720 lines progressive scan.

Your aspec Ratio is 4:3 this indeed is a standard TV without a digital tuner so you will need a digital setop box or a digital tuner.

High DEF is not considered digital its conidered how many lines are displayed on the TV. For example 720p, 1080p .

My hp w1907 monitor is constantly auto adjusting every 1 or 2 seconds. Make it stop.

Good morning! Auto adjustment occurs when resolution or refresh rate of the display changes. Check your display setings in OS. Set them properly according to product operations manual. Update your display adapters driver. Also check your VGA card or motherboard display port & try using a different cable. try pluging the monitor to a different computer or plug in a different monitor with your motherboard or VGA cards display port. best regards

I have a black border on top of my screen

There are two things which could have caused this. One, the Monitor settings have changed or the computers display settings have changed.

1. Resetting the monitor to default.
Push the 'MENU' button to open the OnScreedDisplay system and display the main features menu. Push the - and + buttons to move between the function icons
Use the buttons to highlight 'Factory Reset' (this returns the settings to the factory preset values for the selected group of functions)
Detailed instruction available at http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/monitors/E153fpb/En/controls.htm

2. Checking the desktop display settings.
Right click on the desktop and select properties, click on settings and make sure screen resolution is set to one of the following 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. These are the only ones supported by the monitor

If both this fails. Then the monitor is nearing end of life

Polaroid monitor picture is shifted to left about an inch

Hi you may try
1)to key the auto(adjust) button at TV monitor keyboard if not ok,
2)to change display pixels density from PC display setting because TV monitor could not support the display pixels you using and sync.the picture on well.
3)also you may adjust monitor screen H position(it maybe not convenience for back TV).

Display is off-center

Try the Auto adjust button on the monitor buttons first.
If the entire picture of the computer is showing you can try to shift and stretch the picture through the menu button.

Picture is not centered on monitor leaving a 2 1/2" black border on Philips LCD

I have a Philips 30 inch LCD and solved the problem by using the circular arrow button on the TV remote. Pointing it at the TV and clicking "right" (3 o'clock on the button), the picture moved right. Same thing on for "left". Worked for me.
