You don't mention the kind of your clock. Manual or Digitally ? if it digital you have to do some like a change system alarm every hours need beep or not. Just like that. That the best way i think.
In regular mode press "M" (mode) 3 times.
set the second first by pressing the "D" (date) button to reset 0, then press "S" (set) to confirm. The minute will start flashing. Press "D" (date) to adjust then "S" (set) to confirm.Repeat the same procedure to set the hour. Press "M" (mode) button to confirm all the adjustment and return to Regular mode.

To set the date you pull out the winding knob to the first stop and turn it either clockwise or counter clockwise to set the date. The second stop, or the stop furthest from the body sets the time.
