could be the motherboard or switch but the sewing machine
needs to be checked for sure

sounds like a part is damaged or jamed, the machine needs to be checked
to see what's wrong with it

it's possible that something in the machine has come loose or broken
it would have to be serviced at a sewing machine shop

Maybe the drive wheel is disengaged. Some machines have you pull out the wheel on the right to wind a bobbin and yours might be pulled out. Try pushing the wheel back in to engage the machine.
