Use a cell phone camera to check the remote control. Point the camera at the remote and try the buttons on the remote and look for a flash of purple light on the camera display. The remote might have some bad pads on the membrane switch. On the set unit buttons, the issue could be the soft pads on the inside of the switch, they use a carbon impregnated pad and it is either dirty or worn out.

El Tv tiene que encenderse primero manualmente.

Could be the frount panel with the remote infered gone out. There is a little I beleave 16 V 1800Uf cap on that board check it and see if it has bulged or it leaked. It also could be a IC intergraded circuit gone bad. Its hard to tell without looking at it.

sounds like you have the parental lock on to lock the buttons on the tv and the remote look in your manual for the tv to see how to fix it and if you dont have it there should be one online
