Clean the heads in printer, maybe a sllightly dirty cartridge opeining.
Other than above, I don't really know the correct solution.

Usually the safe way to do this is look first at the owner manual but lay set face down on a padded surface so all weight is on the frame around the screen and no weight on the screen itself, exert no downward pressure in that position or screen may be damaged.
Usually pedestal is secured by 4 or more screws that may require the back cover of the set to be removed first, to get at---a careful look with it face down will show if part of the pedestal is under the rear cover of the set or not.
1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat, cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand protruding over the edge of the surface.
Note:
Extreme care should always be used when removing the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.
2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed without tools.
3) Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below. This will allow removal of the pedestal stand.
4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by sliding the pedestal stand a way from the TV (Remorve 5, 4mm or 5/32" Allen Bolts from back of TV.)
