Goodday, I'll like to get some technical advice on my Sullair. I changed the oil and the parts but the compressor is still over heating. So I'll like to find out what can be the issue.

Sullair rotary screw?
Most of the time those air-cooled compressors have to have the oil cooler / radiator cleaned out.
There are other things, but without a model number, we're just guessing.

375 sullair won't start

On a 375 h s#201202020049 change the element in the compressor crank and run for 10 minutes good are and then shuts off and it won't crank back turns over but won't start

I have a 450 sullair portable air compressor that we use for sandblasting, the problem I am having is oil out the discharge. Not a lot but enough to make the fresh air oily. What can I do to stop the oil?

There are oil separators that go on the discharge of compressed air lines before the end use.

The sullair 185 has a low oil pressure override button that you have to hold in while starting. after the oil pressure builds up(takes about ten seconds) you can release the button and the machine should continue to run.

hi mate ask the manufacturers as different compressor take different oils like im a compressed air engineer and i use rcr 32 and rcr 46 but i have never had to work on a sullair as there not common in our area
