Are they thick patches, hot oily? This is from a Google search: Actinic keratoses start out as thick, scaly, crusty skin patches. These patches are usually about the size of a small pencil eraser. There might be itching or burning in the affected area. Over time, the lesions can disappear, enlarge, remain the same, or develop into SCC. Seborrheic Dermatitis is oily white scaly patches mostly scalp and shoulders. Look at google images of "dry, scaly patches on back" to compare, but it is advisable to see a doc if there are any doubts to be safe.

Triumph Bonneville T100 2015 (5'4" short arms) need to back up my handlebars 1.5 to 2" I get sore neck , shoulder! Any suggestions if possible without making big changes! Different bars or back riser?

If you shop around there are plenty of styles of handlebar. Might be worth you trying a bar from a dirt bike or some sort of cruiser bike.
Another option could be to tilt your existing bars back a small amount and add a fork stem riser. Sometimes simply raising the handlebar height on the fork top can help.

I accidentally let my cuticles grow out,now that I have pushed them back, they are kinda sore and the cuticle skin is dry and should I trim the excess skin off?

It is best to moisturise or soften cuticles before pushing them back and if they have grown long then pushing them back a little at a time is best.

I think it is best to leave the excess for a while unless it is a nuisance, leaving mother nature to heal the damage a little before going further. Be careful of possible infection in what are effectively self-inflicted wounds.

I advise the use of a soothing antiseptic ointment, preferably one with a mild local anaesthetic. In a few days when the soreness has disappeared you will be able to trim the excess as it becomes accessible - a little at a time.

Motorcycle neck and shoulder pain for back passanger

Talk to a chiropractor about the way you hold on. I discovered (front seat) that lowering your elbows releases tension on your neck and shoulders. I try to ride like that all the time, now, and find I can easily do 3 or 4 times the saddle time I used to. My rear
gets sore way before my neck & shoulders, from that one simple tip.
