I purchased a Batman Lego computer game for my son's Birthday. I have a mac with Windows XP, installed ok but freezes when we get to the select game menu. have uninstalled and tried again, same thing happens. Any help appreciated. cheers

The game could be scratched, if its not to late you could always return the game and buy a new disc. Usaually stores like gamestop will 100% refund you when you swap games if you provide a receipt

Look in the manuel for the customer support phone number or find it at www.legobatmangame.com/support . Call them and they can see if your computer drivers and system are adequate to run the game. We had to update our drivers (online download) for an easy fix.
princesselis' solution for PC worked for my Wii. When you load up the game, go to options, and change the video settings to vertical (v) sync from off to ON. Works!! Thanks so much!
