Good morning. We have a Bosch Series 4 Combi Fridge Freezer model WPLY-194-B610 that started making a very annoying beeping sound since wednesday. The fridge is now also not cooling the contents anymore, even though the freezer is still working. We've tried a few settings as per the manual but nothing helped. The fridge is still new. Please can you assist.

As the fridge is still new and presumably under warranty, if the remedy to the problem isn't to be found in the manual, your next call should be to inform the supplier of the problem and ask for a solution.
Your contract is not with the manufacturer but with the retailer/supplier and in return for a parcel of money you have the right to expect a fridge that doesn't beep and does keep the contents cold and remains trouble-free for a reasonable time.

Hi OP, I know this is 3 years ago, but did you end up find a way to turn off the alarm before it’s fixed? We are in a similar situation and the beeping is so annoying. We will need to wait for another 3 weeks for it to be fixed, any suggestion helps

SOURCE: Bosch fridge not cooling freezer fine

if back wall of freezer has ice or thick build up you may have a defrost problem or if not the evaporator fan motor could be bad, not moving cold air from freezer to refrigerator.

SOURCE: Amana energy saver not keeping fridge section cool enough. HELP!

if there is frost build up on rear wall of freezer section the unit is not going through defrost cycle which builds up frost on evaporator and restricts cold air flow to the fresh food section. one of three things are bad. defrost heater, defrost thermostat or defrost timer. if no frost on rear wall you might be low of freon.

SOURCE: Creda R335NW Fridge/Freezer. The fridge section

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.

Bosch Series 2 KGN34NWEAG Fridge Freezer. The alarm sounding/not cooling in fridge compartment.

Call them out under warranty. the circulation fan is normally at the back of the fridge. On such a new fridge, so shouldn't need to be fixing issues. A fan is an 'electrical component', not an electronic item.

Should I repair or just replace my Liebherr fridge/freezer

Looks like this model is now out of date and I wouldn't trust your service guy. Any service agent will know whether the door switch, thermal sensor or control panel is faulty by simply testing them. I would not have to fit complete parts to isolate the faulty part.
Sounds like he doesn't know how to or wants the job of fixing it.
Try an independant repair service, local one man repair shops tend to give an excellent service.
If you want Currys do a good range of fridge freezers; https://www.currys.co.uk/search?q=Liebherr+fridge-freezer+model+CPEL4813&search-button=&lang=en_GB

To show just one retailer. There are many more out there. Try and buy locally if you can, you will get a better service I find.

I bought a Philips (Whirlpool) years ago and after 3 years, out of warranty, it packed up. The aluminium heat exchanger started leaking. Not worth repairing.
I now purchase Hoover. They has a 10 year parts warranty.
They are all 15 tears old now.
One gets what one pays for I suppose.

Bosch fridge freezer alarm constantly going off.

The constant beeping could be due to a malfunction or error in the appliance. The first step is to consult the user manual for troubleshooting steps or error codes that might help diagnose the issue. If the manual does not provide a solution, it may be necessary to contact a professional technician for repair.

Bosch fridge freezer keeps beeping while I'm waiting for repairing

You could unplug it, it is as you describe, malfunctioning and is not cooling.
Unless the internal temperature is correct of course, then it is a waiting game.
The alarm cannot be dissabled.

Drill is noisy in operation - sounds like bearings - its a bosch combi boxer drill (350-2)

Bosch did not make a 'combi boxer' or a model #350-2
Unfortunately, you probably have a cheap Japanese drill sold as a Bosch with a fake Bosch label, we see plenty of them come through.

My Bosch Fridge makes a loud gurgling sound every twenty five minutes even after freezer fan &emotion were replaced.

It's a normal noise! When the liquid refrigerant becomes less pressurised, usually when the thermostat clicks off,, it still bubbles through the system until the pressure equalises.

Hi i have a fridgemaster fridge freezer and it was moved from mil house on Wednesday. It now will not freeze although it does get some ice at the back of freezer but then defrosts itself. The fridge will...

Have you made sure that that the water connection to the ice-maker is secure and without leaks or stopped up (kinks) in some way? I would suggest that you unplug it for bout 30 min., then plug it back in. See what happens about after 45 minutes. If it was moved, you want to make sure you have tapped into the main water line. It doesn't just magically happen. Sometimes the simplest things can cause immedite problems.

Temperature setting

The fridge should be just above freezing, maybe 2 or 3 degrees celsius. The freezer should be around -15 degrees celsius. The outside temp doesn't matter as far as the settings go.

FREEZER WORKING - FRIDGE NOT WORKING

Ok, got it sussed! [well here's what I did anyway]...

Quite simply, I turned off the fridge-freezer at the mains overnight and in the morning, broke and chucked out the ice chunks that had lined up in the bottom of the freezer section and then turned it back on. I returned that night to see that it was working fine again! Hallelujah, I got my fridge back!!

So it seems that all it needed was a good long defrost, so far so good! I hope this solves your problem.
