Hey there, I hope someone is still active on this old forum post! I'm new here, but I'd like to share my help in case someone still needs it. That error code sounds like it might be related to licensing. Have you tried contacting customer support like the error message suggests? They might be able to help you out. Btw, have you ever tried project management with gantt chart? It's a really cool tool for visualizing tasks and timelines. There are a ton of software options out there, but I've heard good things about Trello and Asana. I had the same issue with a Salesforce CRM system, but I'm very thankful to guys from helping service, they helped me to solve this issue. I can notice that salesforce is quite good, just check salesforce marketing cloud pricing and you will see that it is not so expensive also.
