Samsung UN55J6201AFXZA LED TV has no visible display. Replaced boards to no avail.

Assumed after doing the flashlight test and revealing that the left side has a faint display that is not backlight and the right side has absolutely no display that the inverter board (power board in this case) needed replacing. I replaced all three boards on the back and all of the reachable cables, but have the same result. Any thoughts on any next steps ?

Only a service-manual and soldering tools in this case can give results how are the fpc connectors and circuits connected to the screen also a little repair suggestion = to see here much problems caused by wet cleaning the screen and sometimes build-up heat by sun rays or bad airiation.

This is not an issue with the main board . Its a clear case of faulty LCD controller board or the LCD panel itself is faulty(most likely). I suppose the sound is not affected?

SOURCE: 2nd try see last sentences....lg led 32ln5310 tv, sound but no picture, no backlights, nothing visible on flashlight test, what should I replace? Main board, T-Con Board, Power Supply board or Leds

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Replaced wrong board. Board that controls the image on the screen is the t con board. Inverter board is for powering the leds.

If you have backlights its not going to be the tcon for future reference. you have some shorted or open LEDs in the panel. Check the voltage going to the LED sets, should be 100 plus volts

It would be more easier to buy a new TV than to try and repair the TV that is no longer working. The power supply inside of the TV has quit working.

Samsung LED TV (UN39FH5000FXZA) has audio, but does not have backlight. I replaced the power supply/ LED board with no success, could this be caused by the main board or the t-con board?

Hi Matt,
The fault lies with the backlight LEDs. It is common with these sets. If you open the panel and replace the failed LEDs, or replace the panei.
Good luck.

How do I fix problem with Vizio m550vse LED TV? Flashlight test reveals picture and no back lights are visible.

Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement.
