SOURCE: transmission fluid leaking

Bars leak is ok, but if it is a seal, you'll need to drop the tranny pan and replace it. I don't know about Mercedes, but usually you have to remove the exaust pipes to take the pan off.

I have a craftsman 8200 pro series lawn tractor won' go forward or reverse belt does not move there is a squeal sound from back wheel when you put it in drive

I believe this unit has the Hydro Gear K46 transaxle (transmission). Be sure the belt as not slipped out of place from the transaxle (transmission) drive pulley,

If belt is OK, then, possibly the transaxle is low on fluid. Unfortunately the K46btransaxle is a sealed unit. Fluid can be added, but it involves lowering the transaxle. If it is low on fluid then it obviously has leaked out some where, likely a shaft seal. If fluid has leaked from a shaft seal, the seal will need replaced. Or it could just be transaxle is kaput.

See Hydro Gear link for more information. https://www.tufftorqservices.com/instance1EnvEEdefault/FlatHTML/TechInfo/docs/repair/K46_T40_TLT200Axle_Seal_REPLACEMENT.pdf

My 93 crown victory Lx is leaking fluid from the back end of the motor and the front end of the transmission what is and how I fix it step by step

If its dark color it is likely rear main seal on engine. If it is red color it is front seal on transmission. check fluid levels, overfilling engine oil or transmission fluid can cause this also. both require major removal of tyranny etc. If you never done this get qualified help. .

John deere hydro leak ay steering column

Robert,I had the same problem with my 855.I repaired the power steering unit with replacing the seals provided in a kit. Part No. AM 107078The power steering unit is made by Parker Hydraulics. You may go to the web site, refer to HGF service Manual for proper disassembly and assembly. Have a look as what is involved to replace the seals. The removal of the power steering unit from the tractor is quite involved. The replacement of the seals is also tricky as you must open up the unit.If you are not a seasoned mechanic, this repair may be tricky.

I have a trans. leak ive changed the seals but it keeps leaking ive heard of a vent in the top of the tranny but cant find it to clean it if its plugged

Not sure what seal you mean, but...a worn bearing, or a groove cut from a seal can also cause a leak, no matter how many seals you put in.
