That would require you to disassemble the subwoofer cabinet and disconnect the the supplied amplifier. Connecting this unit to a different amplifier would provide no benefit to you unless the on-board amplifier became damaged.

You haven't specified about which connector cord you wants. I thinks it will be a power cord. Power cords can be selected according to the power input socket of your device, and has no specifications. Choose the best one you can buy, and of good brand. That is all. Ok.
I would suggest to buy the entire cone speaker because the inner windings is harder to find or not available.
The cone speaker part number is: CR160058-01. Try contacting this website to find the cone speaker or you could find a cheaper speaker cone with the same dimensions and wattage.
