Likely the throttle position sensor needs adjusted. It's normaly set by monitoring voltage and moving the sensor.

Mark the sensor position then move one direction and try. If worse, try other direction. If you mark it you can always move back to near original position.

If adjusting doesnt fix the problem then the sensor may need replaced.

SOURCE: do I need to replace all tires on peg perego john deere

Hi!
On these, only the 2 rear wheels are the gear wheels. You will just need to replace the tires on those with the rubber ones if you choose to go that way.  Good luck!

SOURCE: throttle adjustment for john deere chain saw

The H is for high rpm (Main mixture) and the L is for Low rpm (Idle Mixture). First turn in both screws all the way in and then turn them both out 1 and a half turns. Pump the primer bulb if the equipment has one. Start the engine, once it is idling, turn the L (Idle Mixture) screw out (counterclockwise) from the preliminary setting until the engine speed decreases (rich). Note the position of the needle. Now turn the adjusting needle in (clockwise). The engine speed may increase, then it will decrease as the needle is turned in (lean). Note the position of the needle. Set the adjusting needle midway between the rich and lean settings as in the picture below. Don't touch the throttle during this procedure. Once you have found the best idle speed for the engine then you need to adjust the high rpm. This process is the same as with the idle rpm process but you need the to hold the throttle wide open while you are adjusting the H (Main Mixture) needle on the carburetor.

SOURCE: John Deere Three Bottom Rollover Plow

Hey, the "round cylinder" is a power steering motor for a John Deere 630. If you start looking for one of those instead, I'll bet you'll have better luck. Deere dealerships tend to not care unless you're buying a half million dollars in equipment.

SOURCE: John Deere Gator XUV 2008 oil in gas

I know exactly the problem. I work for a John Deere dealership and have seen this problem before. It is called short-tripping. When a machine is first started, gas does leak into the cylinder and crankcase past the rings--normal--simulates leaving the choke on too long with a carburetor engine.. As the engine temperature rises, the gas in the oil is burned off and there really isn't a problem. When you take short trips or do not let the engine run to get it up to temperature, the gas in the crankcase does not get burned off and will accumulate over time. Make sure the machine is getting up to operating temperature and this could take up to 20 minutes if the ambient air temp is low. Feel free to e-mail at [email protected] with further questions

I found a John Deere tractor with serial # T353R 019434R What Can you tell me about this tractor. Thanks Scott

Although I can't find a John Deere T353, there is a T353 tractor made by the company TYM. It's a Korean company. Perhaps it is being sold by a John Deere dealer, or even labeled as a John Deere. I can't speak for its reliability, but they offer a 5 year warranty which is longer than most. If you go with it, make sure the dealer backs it up and stocks parts. Good luck!
