Firstly, try turning over your Bluetooth mouse and find the power switch. Make sure it's turned to ON.
You should see the optical light turn on (usually red). Place the mouse back flat on your mouse pad.
On your Chromebook, select the lower right corner of the taskbar. In the window that pops up, select the Bluetooth icon.
If the Bluetooth status is currently off, enable the toggle switch to enable Bluetooth. Once enabled, you'll see a scanning status as your Chromebook looks for active,
nearby Bluetooth devices. When your wireless mouse appears, you can select it to pair and connect to it.
Once your Chromebook has made its connection with your Bluetooth wireless mouse, you'll notice the mouse pointer moving when you move your mouse
Most of the Bluetooth mouse is a Plug-and-Play device. Just put the USB nanoreceiver in your laptop/desktop then turn on the mouse and your done.
The common problem in a bluetooth connection is when the receiver (nanoreceiver) cant receive the signal from the transmitter (mouse).
Try to replace the battery/s of your mouse and connect your receiver.
Check your device manager if your mouse will recognize.

2. Find "Bluetooth Support Service" in the list of services and double click to open the properties window
3. Click on the "Log On" tab and select "Local System Account" for "Log on as:"
4. Click Apply and OK
5. Right click on "Bluetooth Support Service" and select stop then right click on "Bluetooth Support Service" again and select start
6. You may need to reconnect your bluetooth devices; everything should be working now.
Make sure the headphones are set as "default" under Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Manage Audio Devices - same for microphone if you're using it for online speech.
the directions from Samsung to pair the headset was way off. You need to hold down the main button then turn on the headset. Only then will the headset go into pairing mode by maintaining a solid blue light. It took me a couple of days of troubleshooting and experimenting to realize this pairing method. I just hope that this problem is only due to my headset because I assume a lot of people who buy this headset and try out Samsung's directions will become very frustrated. I almost returned the product and I am sure many others would too.
