They dont list it as a combo unit but try 588 or 594 for the vcr button and 632, 657, 662, 692, 694, or 846 for the tv button

Symphonic tv codes are 0053 0189 0227 0456 0024

tv/dvd combos 0456

dvd/vcr combo 0456 {0458 & 0227}
{0899 & 0236}
