I have a smart globe since 2010. I want to update to the new version

I can only suggest returning it for an exchange.
Also, looking at reviews you should not update the pen, many users claim this makes the unit inoperable.

Simply subscribe online using the SmartGlobe™ Infinity software. There is no response when I touch the SmartGlobe™ Infinity with the SmartPen or the LED on the pen is flashing repeatedly.
Smart Globe will filter your results and update with current version App of SmartGlobe.

Creating an Access Point Go to SETTINGS > APPLICATION SETTINGS > BROWSER PROFILES then create. Hi, try to verify it using another SIM or a Smart SIM. Or try that SIM in another phone just to check if the SIM is working. I had my phone last year using a new Globe SIM and got no problems with it. Also, Globe have a good customer service (online chat at there website).

I have the same problem, which began after I registered my globe and downloaded updates.

I have problems updating my SmartGlobe. Download the
latest version of our software here,
http://smartglobe.oregonscientific.com/updates/deluxe.html.
Make sure you uninstall the current software before install
this new one.
