Clutches don't really need cleaning as they run in an oil bath, which keeps them clean.
There are normally two forms of adjustment. The free play on the centre actuator of the clutch plates and the free play adjustment on the cable. If it is an automatic, it should not need adjustment. They are a very strange bike. :>D

Why are you changing ALL the gaskets? You only change gaskets if they leak. You only change gaskets when you remove a part that HAS a gasket. It is only a 2020, nothing should need replacing.
There are no videos for changing gaskets, but you can find videos for changing a part that will include replacing the gasket.

Not many bikes have a strainer and if they do, it will mean stripping the engine and splitting the crankcases. As long as you change your oil, you don't need to worry about a strainer.
